Description

The workshop will aim to cover causal methods relevant for registry-based health research. Topics include long term longitudinal studies, mediation and instrumental variable analysis (Mendelian randomization).

Workshop program

The workshop is a two-day lunch-to-lunch workshop. The program is still preliminary and under preparation, but main participants have been confirmed.

Familiarity with basic causal inference concepts (including DAGs and counterfactuals) and basic knowledge in epidemiological methods
